谈到中非关系，门杜说kaiyun·开云，中国和非洲是“同路人”，面对相同的挑战，即使处理方式不同kaiyun·开云，但目标一致，因此能风雨同舟、福祸与共。非洲的“乌班图”精神——仁爱和共享，与中国倡导的“人类命运共同体”高度契合。“百闻不如一见”，他希望非洲青年多来中国亲身体验kaiyun·开云，而中国青年也应亲自去非洲kaiyun·开云，增进双方了解，共同续写中非友好合作的新篇章。(记者 王高飞 赵丽)

(ECNS) -- September 9, 2024 marks the 48th anniversary of the passing of Chairman Mao Zedong. In a recent exclusive interview with China News Network, Joseph Oliver Mendo'o, executive director of the International Exchange Dept. of China-Africa Business Council and head of the African Youth Delegation in China, expressed that Africa's positive feelings toward China date back to Chairman Mao's era. The older generation of Africans still remembers Chairman Mao and his many contributions to the Chinese people.

Mendo'o said China and Africa as "friends you share the path with". Despite approaching challenges differently, the two sides share the same goals and therefore stand together through adversity and prosperity. He highlighted the African spirit of "Ubuntu"—benevolence and sharing—which aligns closely with China's vision for building a "community with a shared future for mankind".

Mendo'o also encouraged African youth to visit China, and likewise, he urged Chinese youth to visit Africa to deepen mutual understanding and jointly write a new chapter in China-Africa friendship and cooperation. (Wang Gaofei, Zhao Li)
